Thank you for taking the time to read this! I’m Nicholas and I’m 34 years old. I work 60-70 hours a week Monday thru Saturday. This area is, and has always been my home. I grew up in Vienna, VA and graduated from James Madison High School. My current employer is Hadeed Carpet Cleaning in Springfield. My job description would be In-Home Sales. I have been employed with them for 3 1/2 years. I value peace, quiet, respect, and cleanliness above all. I work a lot so when I arrive home I am usually in bed by 8-830 and up at 530. I leave for work at 630 in the morning. I have lived with 5-7 roommates for the last 3 1/2 years which has been great, and extremely rewarding. I have learned a lot about myself in that time and value this experience. Reason I am looking to move on is there is a few new roommates who do not value the things that I do. I will not be having guests, and do not partake in drugs or alcohol. Although I do not mind people who have a drink, or smoke. As well I do not and don’t plan on having a pet although I do love animals. I’m very work and family oriented. Sunday my free day usually consists of errands, or seeing my family who live locally. My finances are in order and secure. I can provide bank statements, references and pay stubs if need be. I can also pay a deposit of whatever is asked of me by the renter. I do cook probably 4 nights a week but I must reiterate I am very neat, tidy, and organized. After cooking I leave the kitchen like it was before I cooked. Leaving things better than when I started in regards to anything I do is a major belief of mine. I appreciate the time you took to read this, and would be extremely grateful for an opportunity to speak more with you and hopefully come to an agreement on a new place to continue my life. Thank you!
