I am clean and am barely home, my cat usually sleeps all day until I get home. Her litter box never smells up the house because I usually clean that out every morning before I go to work. I work at the post office and usually will only be home to sleep and shower and maybe sometimes eat. I have a baby but since I work 8-12hrs a day we won’t be home often
