I am a recently-graduated geology student from CSU, and I am looking for a room to rent in Fort Collins beginning at the end of July 2026. I am 26 years old, single, with no pets, and will be working part- to full-time at King Soopers while searching for a new job within or adjacent to the field of geology. I have a car, but prefer to bike to work when I can. I’m looking for space for a full-size bed, a computer desk, a writing desk, a dresser, and a display case for my rock and mineral collection, in addition to some storage space for camping gear. I cook when I have the time, and make sure to leave common spaces clean and tidy after using them. I do not smoke, and would prefer to live with people who either do not smoke or only smoke outdoors. I have a strict budget of $900/mo, including rent and utilities costs.
