I am a semi-retired student who keeps busy at home and away from home. I’m a friendly type but appreciate time alone too. Steady income and non-partier but socially active. I make no judgements about others’ lifestyles, as long as their behaviors include descriptors like responsible,considerate, amicable, unselfish, self-aware, etc. Sharing space with an emotially mature and highly functional individual/s is a must. I would like to have a space where I can practice on the drum kit during the day or early evenings while my roomie is away, but that is not an absolute necessity as I have a separate rehearsal space. I am looking for a space from early June until about December 18th of this year when I expect to graduate from NSU. Can be furnished or unfurnished. I prefer to have my own bath and I need good internet access.
