My girlfriend and I are a very quiet very clean couple who are friendly and easy to get along with.I work 5-6 days a week with my job and my girlfriend is on disability for health reasons so we both have income.We are looking for a place to rent for a little while until we can acquire our own place . Although I work all week I am more than happy to fix minor issues around the house and general upkeep of the premises not just the room we are renting and since we both have an income we are willing to contribute a little more for utilities if needed.
