Hey friends! My name is Parker (23), and I am looking to move to San Diego in early July. I worked a year in marketing before pursuing my MBA, which I finished this May! Ideally looking for: Hillcrest or the immediate surrounding areas. My budget is $1200/mo, which I’d love to be pretty firm on! Roommates! Moving into an existing space would be ideal. I don’t have many connections to the area, so it’d be great to have a bit of camaraderie at home. Bringing a car, so somewhat reliable street parking or a spot would be perfect. A bit about me! I love hiking, sports, a good happy hour, pickleball (who doesn’t nowadays), dinner with friends, and the beach! I’m moving from the South, but I grew up in Australia as a kid. As a roommate, I like to keep my spaces clean. I’ve gotten to live with my best friends over the years, so understanding the importance of a shared space with respect to all means a lot to me.
