Me and my kids live in a house we rent 2 rooms with my ex. The lady we rent from is back and forth to Costa Rica where she has a house there. So we/I have taken care of her house while she is away keeping it clean and maintained. My boys and I are very quiet, I work FT, my son goes to el Camino HS 18yrs about to graduate and start work at my job. The other goes to pacific view charter school 12yrs old.
