Hi there! My name is Sarah and I have an interesting situation. The last 4 years of my life have been very up and down. No matter what has happened to me, I have always made sure I have housing and food. I share custody of my two boys with my ex-husband. He is the custodial parent (which means they primarily live with him, but stay with me every other weekend - long story, complicated situation). I also have them on Mondays and Wednesdays, but not overnight on those days. They are 9 & 6.
I cannot afford much on my own (since I pay child support), but all my money, at any given time, has always gone towards covering housing and food first. I am in need of a cheaper option at the moment, just as I continue to get on my feet. I was living with my boyfriend, but we have recently broken up. I would be so grateful if you would consider me as a possible roommate.
Before my boyfriend, I rented 2 rooms in a house in Wheaton with a few other girls. So this experience is not new to me, but I realize it can be unusual for others. I am a good person, live clean, and respectful towards others and their property. I do not have a criminal background, I have a good job, and I like to be helpful.
