I’m making this for my dad John who lives in Las Vegas, his current landlord is selling the house. He’s been living there for many years as a perfect tenant, no problems whatsoever. Never been late paying rent or been a disturbance. He’s a very quiet, low key guy who mostly keeps to himself who is looking for a room to rent with friendly and trustworthy people.
