Hi there! My name is Ellen, I’m 47 and a single Mom of a 16 year old girl. I’m currently renting a room with a small family in La Mesa, but they need tgeur space back and I’m looking for something safe, clean and female-only for us! We are BOTH cat/dog lovers and extremely LGBTQ+ friendly! I world M-F, 8-3p, as a production merchandiser. I don’t own a car, so we both use MTS/Ubers to commute. She is a Sophomore at Helix High-shes a straight A student focused on Speech & Debate. A very good kid with minimal teen attitude lol! Because I have crappy credit and make $3-4,000/month, I’m having to look for a room for us rather than our own place. I’m very bubbly, love to laugh & be comfortable and friendly with those I reside with. We’re respectful of other’s space and belongings. As a Mom, I’ve become a pro at picking up after my Daughter if need be lol! I would understand if this scenario isn’t ideal, but I am hopeful you may be open to our situation. I currently bring home about $2,300/month, again with no car payment or insurance. So I’m able to easily cover the monthly rent. Thank you for reading ~ have a good evening 😁
