Hey, I’m Sam, I’m 23, and I am looking for housing, with an april or may move in. I like to host friends and write essays. I do some local theater groups in the summers and am otherwise a homebody. Looking for an unfurnished space, quiet, and a private bedroom and bathroom. I am open to commuting within 15-20 minutes of the West Chester Borough, as long as there is parking at or near the apartment. I have no pets, am substance free, and open to chatting:)
