RENTING OWN PLACE 3-1, NEEdeposit back* . ≠=*Hello, I’m Holly, 43. I am looking to rent a placeD ROOMIE.

• I will cover security deposit as long as you sign a waiver that you are not to receive any of my own March 1, but would like a roommate to help share costs. I’m clean, considerate, and stick to myself. I do have a brindle female Pitt, but she is a big baby and hasn’t gotten the memo she isn’t a lap dog just yet. I generally do not leave my personal space when in the home unless it is to make something to eat or leave for work. I am trying to rebuild on my own after the end of a 14 year relationship and MAN, is it hard trying to make it on a single income these days and I work two jobs! I am respectful, honest, clean, considerate, quiet, communicative, stay to myself for the most part, and I ask the same in return. I do not drink or use drugs, but I do vape. I do ask that guests in the home be limited to 2 consistent people or less, as I don’t like many people in my personal space. I do work a full time 9-5, as well as part time on many of my days off (and some days after getting off from my full time position as well), so I am gone most of the day and usually retreat to my living space when not working. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I’m an open book!

Please do not ask me to sign a lease with you, state that you definitely would like to cohabitate, and have me hold the place if you are only going to continue to seek out other potential roommates, and retract your word or ghost me. It is very disheartening. If you change your mind regarding sharing a place, please just inform me. I am a highly understanding individual, but what I do not understand is adults that conduct themselves similar to adolescents. Thank you.
