Hope & Matthew

Hi my name is Hope and my husband Matt and I are currently leasing an apartment and our lease will be up on July 31st this year. We are Christian and looking for like-minded believer(s) that are willing to rent us a room for at least a year. My husband and I both have chronic health struggles and we are looking to help take some stress off of ourselves with the high cost of rent and spend a year saving up to get on our feet. We have a small sweet dog, Belle, who is a 20lb Chiweenie (dachshund + chihuahua mix) who is potty trained, friendly, loveable and cuddly who is ESA certified. We have our own furniture (bed, dresser, etc.) and will be storing the rest of our belongings in a storage unit. My husband and I eat at home a lot and I cook a lot of home-made meals and would need access to the kitchen often to prepare food in accordance to our diets. I also am a professional cottage food baker and have experience with cooking and baking so that would be a plus to anyone would allow us to room with them. We are quiet and keep to ourselves but also sociable with the right person. We are down to earth, reasonable, respectful and desire to maintain a friendly relationship as long as we are treated in the same manner. We both are Bible-believing Christians so a lot of how we live and how we treat others stems from our beliefs. We are looking for a smoke-free home (I have allergies and asthma and husband has lung-related health issues) and a home free of partying, drinking or drug use. We would love to meet with you to see if we all would be a great fit for each other and to see how we can help each other out by providing rent for a room and a place for us to live.
