(I am willing to move in August or after September). My budget is flexible (depending upon covered utilities). I prefer to live with (a) female(s) or homosexual male(s). I am clean, quiet, respectful of people and their property, considerate of others, and a great communicator. I have a 7 y/o house-trained, relaxed, husky-mix. My dog does not get along well with other pets. I am looking for a place with a gated back yard, ample storage/space, a private bathroom, and central air. I am looking for a long-term lease (1 yr+).
