Tech Engineer looking to relocate to Santa Clara, will work in San Carlos, would like to keep it within 30 min drive.

I am from Orange County and will be moving by myself. My fiance or my son may visit me at times but can book a hotel room for the weekend if it’s an issue. More than likely I will go down to visit though.

For the most part I am pretty quiet. I don’t mind socializing if the interests align. Will likely be at work most of the day then home to unwind and maybe watch a few shows in my room. Weekends I’ll probably be spending playing some games or watching tv if I am not visiting/entertaining my gf. If I cook, big if, it would only be on the weekends. If this is a problem I may just do a meal subscription service and get microwavable stuff. My company would cover meals on the weekdays.
