Theodore & Helena

Helena and I are junior transfer students moving from San Diego to attend UC Berkeley. We are looking for a place to sublease in the late summer from the beginning of August to the end of September, if necessary we are able to move in late July. Our joint budget is $1000 or less and we are looking for 1-2 roommates, any gender is okay.

We are full time students and I work part-time, but may work more hours in the summer. We are both social but keep volume to a minimum. We also keep living spaces clean and do not smoke, but are okay with others smoking. We love animals and would be totally okay with living with pets.
