Myself (38), My Wife (40), and our 6-year-old daughter are seeking to cut high living costs in California by sharing a home with another quiet, preferably older couple or family. (Our daughter is very quiet and respectful/mature) We are clean, quiet, and keep to ourselves. Our daughter would benefit from the companionship of another family. We wouldn’t mind a friendly couple or roomate that we can have a bbq with from time to time but definitely not looking for a party home. I work long hours and will mostly be out of the home, weekends also. Our daughter goes to school during the day.
I have a diverse skill set from owning a high-end architectural product design to & manufacturing business for 17 years in Simi Valley, until Covid forced its closure in 2020. I am open to a remodeling arrangement, offering labor in exchange for rent or partial rent. (Ask for my portfolio or references)
