Hello! My name is Josh and I am looking for a room to rent for the next two months. I work in Los Banos and currently I live in Modesto. I am in the process of moving out to another home but it will not be ready for about another 2 months so I need a place to stay in the interim. I am a professional who works Monday-Friday and would only need a place to sleep for a few days out of the week as I will be splitting the time staying elsewhere. I have a girlfriend but we are both quiet and chances are she would only make it out this way once MAYBE twice a week if it was allowed. I would prefer to find a place with access to a restroom, and laundry space–I can work around a kitchen situation. My primary needs: Internet, access to AC for the upcoming summer, and a space where I wont interrupt someone if I take a late night phone call–my work is a 24/7 Salaried kind of thing. I am a clean person, I am a very hygienic person, I work for an established family name in Los Banos, I am a current homeowner with good credit score and a desire to keep it that way!
