Hello! I’m Bowie.

I am a quiet and considerate person who is easy to get along with. I strongly believe in maintaining harmony anywhere, especially at home. To me, living in harmony includes respecting one another’s boundaries, paying bills on time, keeping the common areas clean and organized, and communicating effectively. As an example, you won’t see my dirty dishes piling up, ever, and I won’t leave the bathroom a mess. I expect the same of out of my roommate. Being considerate is a green flag I look for.

I enjoy staying busy in my free time. I work evenings 5 days a week (including weekends) and return home generally after 12am. Before work I like to be out of the house. I go to the gym, practice baseball, or work on my passion projects, which include comedic video production as well as sewing patches onto hats.

I have 2 adorable, fluffy grey cats, Toasty and Whispers. House sitters have called them “irresistible”. Toasty enjoys fetching toy mice and Whispers likes to play with strings. As a bonus, these two are good for pest control. I use feline pine for their litter, which controls odors extremely well. I assume full responsibility for their care.

I am looking for someone who would like to commit long term if our dynamic is favorable. I’d prefer to live in Manhattan, however I am definitely open to places in all other boroughs except Staten Island.
