I enjoy photography, hiking, art in many forms. I’m an animal lover. I have a large “shepherd lab mix “ a little over a year old. He’s very well behaved, up to date on vet visits, vaccinations etc… I work full time and in my free time hike and do a considerable amount of wildlife photography. I’m quiet, polite, respectful, very clean. I currently have a 3br 2 bath home in south Venice I rent. It’s just me and my dog Sid currently. I’d like to either split rent/bills here or find a new place in Venice area, but wait there’s more…. Let’s see if we click and would be a good team.
