Hello, my name is Dustin. I’m mainly creating this account because after searching for nearly a year, I may have a chance to finally get my first IT job in OKC. Right now, I live almost 3 hours away from there but if I get it, then I’ll definitely need to move. I’m hoping that this site can help me because I don’t really have an idea of what to look for since this would be my first time moving.

Anyway, to briefly tell you about myself, I’d say that I’m pretty mild-mannered and probably a little too open to suggestions from time to time so you won’t have trouble with telling me if I do anything annoying as a roommate. I don’t make much currently, but if I get this job, I’ll almost have a livable wage. I say that to say this: I’m basically very disciplined with my spending habits, so I’ll always have rent money ready. I don’t have a credit card yet because I want to teach myself how to properly use one first before applying for any so I don’t know what my credit score is. As long as I’m living with someone who acts like a regular, functioning member of society and can also consistently make their share of the payments, then I’ll be happy having them as a roommate. We don’t have to be friends, but as long as we’re not constantly butting heads, which would be hard to do because again, I’m pretty mild-mannered and non-confrontational, then I’m good with anybody.

In regards to preferences, all I would like is a private bedroom with a closet to myself. It doesn’t need to be furnished (In fact, I’d probably prefer that it wasn’t). Everything else can be shared. I’d also like for wherever I live to be relatively clean in any of the shared areas. I’ll help if it isn’t but I won’t do all of the work. As long as we share the responsibility evenly, then I’ll do my part.

I won’t be on here much until I know for sure whether or not I get that job I was talking about earlier. If I don’t, then this account will be pretty inactive. If I do, then I’ll start being on here way more often.
