Hi, everyone! I’m Michael, a young professional who recently accepted a job offer just north of Nashville. 🎉

What I’m Seeking: I’m looking for a chill roommate (or two) who shares my love for music and good vibes. Ideally, I’d like a place with my own bathroom, located in East Nashville or within walking distance (about 1 mile) of some local bars and restaurants. 🎶

About Me:

-I work within retail leadership—At the moment, I don’t have the typical M-F 9-5 grind, just a whole lot of weekend grind lol -I’ve had both male and female roommates in the past. -No kids or pets—I’m a low-maintenance roommate! Personality-wise, I’m outgoing, patient, and clean. You won’t find me cooking up a storm—I get my food pre-made and shipped to my place. I enjoy peaceful walks, the occasional hike, and tinkering with pc’s. Dogs are cool, but I’m not keen on landscaping duties. (I don’t want to mow a yard) 🐶 Timeline: I’m not in a rush. Maybe June at the earliest, but July or August works too. Plus, my family is musically inclined and also moving to Nashville (go figure! 😄).

Background Check: I won’t agree to anything without meeting potential roommates in person. Safety first! I’ll also provide a background and request background checks—it’s non-negotiable. 🕵️‍♂️

Budget: My max budget for rent is $1100, and I can swing up to $120 for utilities.
