I typically work 3 to 5 days a week in Grand Rapids, and then I go home for the remaining days. I’m a very clean person, non smoking, respectful, rarely drink and if I do it’s when out for dinner or social settings.

Prefer someone 40+, with no pets, and have always got along better with female roommates — though it’s been about 30 years since I’ve even had a roommate. All the boxes don’t have to be checked, so let’s talk about it. I’m pretty good at coming to a compromise.

Just want to share the expense with someone and don’t want to stay in hotels any longer. Already have 2 houses and don’t want the expense of an apartment by myself on top of it.
