Looking for a roommate who wants to find a place together.

A little about me: I am self-employed, I often work from home in the mornings and then at a studio in the evening. I have two wiener dogs who are both sassy and snuggly. They aren’t good with other animals though, so looking for someone without pets of their own. I more or less have furniture + household items (and way too many houseplants) to furnish an apartment.

I’m hoping to find someone who is responsible, mature and cares about having a warm home atmosphere. I would prefer no smoking of any kind inside the house.
