Good afternoon, Happy enthusiastic ambivert property management professional looking to downsize for rent savings. Currently I live near the 5 in Chula Vista, walking distance from a beautiful trail and park, restaurants and 15 minutes from my gym in downtown 3rd Avenue Chula Vista. I like having a pool and quick access to transit to work downtown. I prefer a private bathroom and need plenty of access to the kitchen. LGBT friendly here. I do not have guests over very often but that would be important for me. I’m clean and quiet and responsible. I’m looking for roommates who share mutual respect and privacy.
