Tazeen Shaukat & Ali Muneer

I’m 27, married and just received a fully funded Fulbright scholarship to study Health Informatics and Data Science at Georgetown University this fall. I love cats, I’m pretty hardworking, I like to cook, dance and game nights, and keep my space clean. I’m a data engineer by profession with around 5.25 years of work experience. My husband is moving with me since it’s sponsored by Fulbright. He’s a data architect and he’ll be working there. He’s also 29. Around same number of work years (we met in college). We’re from Pakistan, lgtbq friendly, 420 friendly and enjoy drinking socially. We’re only going to be in DC for a year and I’m not comfortable signing a long lease in the beginning but will later if all goes well for everyone. My husband’s also a musician on the side, he plays the bass. We got married last December. We love to cook at home so there’ll be a lot of food offers for you all the time. We also love watching shows together, and playing board games and are usually pretty respectful of other people’s privacy and space and expect the same in return. I like keeping in touch with my family back home.
