Looking for a place available or welcome to working with people (single or couple) on getting a two bedroom apartment (room for future roommate(s) & room for us) in Denton or at most 30 minutes away.

I am a full-time college student (mostly online: Spring/Summer/Fall) working on becoming a Dental Hygienist - happy to be a study buddy. My boyfriend Cameron is applying to college next year and works part-time; he’s a hard worker and is scheduled most days of the week. We have two pets (cat & dog) that we take very good care of and are very loved; litter box cleaned daily/potty trained, brushed, bathed, kennel trained (when unattended to if necessary - never leaving our pets home alone for long) & taken on walks (we try to walk our dog daily to also get our own exercise so if you have a dog, we would be happy to take them on a walk as well!!). My cat currently lives with a family member because she wasn’t welcome on campus and though i’d absolutely love to bring her to our new place and miss her dearly, I understand if that’s off the table and I would need to wait until my boyfriend and I save up for our own place (regarding, cat allergies or if two pets is too much to handle as a roommate). The dog is my boyfriend’s and would be staying with us though.

My boyfriend and I are quiet, we typically keep to ourselves and respect others space - welcome to making friends of course! We are big on keeping our space clean and cozy - i’m a stress cleaner so it’s like a hobby for me. We aren’t neat freaks though and understand mess is inevitable, we are more than happy to help future roommates clean up if they are overwhelmed or need a helping hand - both of us have ADHD and understand life gets rough/cleaning can be the last thing on your mind when in survival mode. We aren’t picky when it comes to decorating spaces, we welcome all kinds of creativity - understanding homes are a safe space. We don’t mind frequent guest visits from future roommates and don’t mind noise - we are adaptive and use headphones quite often anyways. We love to cook/bake and would love to share the meals we make or collaborate on meal plans!! We are homebodies until we can move to a spot with beautiful areas to hike - spending our time playing video games/watching tv, caring for our pets and enjoying as much time as we can when i’m not busy studying. We are easy to communicate with and any issues our future roommates may have, we are all ears and ready to work through them!! ◡̈
