I’m fairly quiet and respectful of others space, mannerisms, and pets. I have a peaceful indoor/outdoor male cat and hoping to share a home where he and I can hunker down for about a year while I finish saving money to buy a house. I’m an independent web developer / creative type with a professional career going on 20 years now. I can be somewhat of a night owl but not much of a partier these days. I don’t smoke and I don’t 420 (anymore) but have no problem with the latter in or around the house. Personable, chill, interesting, and a knack for building or fixing most anything.
