Hi everyone! I am moving from Boston to San Diego this summer for a job that starts August 5th.

I am looking to move to North Park but also open to neighboring areas like Hillcrest. I would like to either find a preexisting lease where I could take over an open room with 1 or 2 roommates OR would like to find 1 or 2 roommates to apartment hunt and find a new lease altogether. Looking to live with women only and am allergic to cats.

The lease has to start August 1 at the latest, but ideally, I would like to move in late July. My budget flexible - ideally around 1200 but 1400 max.

I am a super clean and considerate roommate – cleanliness in my other roommates is important to me. I open to being friends with roommates but also okay with doing our own thing. I am 3 years post undergrad and work in HR. In my free time I like to go for walks, read books, paint my nails watch reality TV and am looking forward to exploring the beaches in San Diego.
