Hello! I purchased a home in Inspirada, but it will not be built for five to seven months. I need a month to month temporary place to live for me and friendly cat. I also need to be able to get mail there to establish residency in NV. Sober, single, out gay male. I had roommates before and rented rooms as well. Not looking for any drama. I am sober so don’t drink or anything. I am fun, friendly, and responsible.
