I’m looking to rent a room on a month to month lease until a place comes available in Fernandina Beach under “ affordable housing“ since I collect disability. I’m on the list at 3 different places but they can’t guarantee a move in date. Some say the waiting list is between 3 months up to 1yr. I also work part time as a server so my budget is 1k a month including utilities. I have a small service dog that is 100% house trained, does not bark ever and basically likes to stay in 1 spot “usually under the bed” because she’s very timid. When I’m home she doesn’t leave my side. She’s basically my child so she has no fleas, ticks or even a “dog smell”. She goes to pet paradise weekly to get groomed, pampered and massaged. *Sighs… Yeah I know that sounds a little excessive. Anyway I’m very laid back and O.C.D. clean. My boyfriend will most likely visit me a couple times a week and that’ll be the only company I ever have over. He’s former Law enforcement and currently works as a Bail Bondsman/ Fugitive recovery agent in FL. He also owns a mobile detail business. Who doesn’t wanna know a good detailer and bondsman right?? Lol. Anyway this pretty much sums up my situation and look forward to hearing back from somebody soon. Thx.
