Dependable, clean, quiet and respectful. Rent is fully paid on time. I work and keep busy most times. Reference available. As a private and friendly person, my desire is a room & private bath, utilities paid, WiFi, Parking, Laundry and no stairs. Furnished or unfurnished is okay. I am not looking for a retirement home, my desire is to make my home a welcome retreat from my busy life.

It’s just me a nonsmoker and I am looking for the same. When I am not working one of my two jobs you could find me relaxing in my room or off with friends (or family).

Desired move-in date is “July 1st to July 15th”.
