My name is Nick, I am a Ph.D. student from 🇺🇦. Currently studying theoretical physics at Columbia University. Planning to relocate near UCSB as it is closer to my place of employment. I am in a hasty search for a single bedroom in an apartment/house starting in June (ideally June 1st). The budget is $1250 (ready to negotiate). I.V., Goleta, and Montecito areas fork for me. In ideal case, I look for a long-term stay, i.e. sublease with a contract takeover. I will gladly cooperate with people planning to rent an apartment/house together. Will also consider subleases for Summer and reasonable doubles. About me: 25 Y/O male, clean and quiet. Do not smoke, alcohol friendly. I enjoy all aquatic sports, but primarily scuba diving. I received my PADI Open Water certification here, in Santa Barbara. I like gym, especially functional workouts. I use bike as the main way of transportation. Although quiet, I am quite social and will gladly partake in long and thoughtful conversations.
