Moving from California to Colorado for a dual MSW/MPH this fall, just trying to get a head start on securing housing. In tow is my little dog, Balto (6 years old, ~19 lbs, very good boy). I’ve lived w/ roommates prior but have grown accustomed to living on my own. With that being said, I’m open to sharing an apartment to someone similar in age to save some money. Seeking a roommate who is not a big partier.

Currently working as a Case Manager at a psych hospital. Will most likely seek similar employment opportunities in CO - pending workload from school. Lover of warm weather - in my free time I prefer to be out hiking or paddleboarding. I do aerial silks.

Reliable renter, no evictions, rent/utilities are always paid on time. Able to rent w/o a co-signer.
