Hello! I am a full time nursing student looking for a private room preferably with its own bathroom to move in by late July or early August. I’m looking to preferably live in Oceanside, Vista or Carlsbad but will consider San Marcos depending on distance to school. I have prior experience living with roommates and can provide references upon request. I value respectful, honest and open communication in order to create and maintain a peaceful living environment. My interests include: cooking, baking, arts & crafts, reading, travel, dancing, yoga, music and concerts, coffee and trying new food places. I typically am introverted and keep to myself but I am open to having friendships with my roommates. I’m not someone who typically brings the party home but like low key and chill gatherings. I will respect the common areas and will clean up after myself and welcome those who would show the same courtesy. LGBTQIA+ friendly/ally and pet friendly but allergic to cats.
