Hi my name is Brian Kauffman I’m 62 years old single and at the moment I am staying at the shelter at The volunteers of America in Sandusky I will have the first month rent and deposit available from the shelter or an apartment or to work with a roommate. I don’t smoke cigarettes and I’m a light drinker and I am cannabis friendly I don’t have a criminal background I’m just looking for a place to live I will be out on the streets after this month’s over I’m willing to share expenses and split utilities I do get an income I am on social security disability I’m clean I’m quiet and I’m safe we’ll stay with male or female
