Hellooo so I’m looking for a room for me n my girl (my dog lol) My dog is a small 14 lb shiba inu, fixed. She loves people and other small dogs. I do not smoke. I am private person and like to keep to myself mostly, so I can easily respect a ‘no guest policy’. I do like to watch tv late at night to get to sleep but low volume if thts ok. I’m a quiet talker, so don’t worry about me talking up a storm in your home, if thts something you don’t like. I would appreciate kitchen access greatly, but I do not cook extravegant meals so I promise I won’t make a mean mess. If rent is negotiable or there is some leeway w utilities I would be happy to clean your home for you as often as 2x a week in exchange for a small reduction in utilities or rent. ☺
