Hi I’m looking for a room to rent so that I could work a hybrid position in Charleston close to the West Ashley area. I’ve listed on my profile that I have animals but I won’t be bringing them with me. I do not have any children and I’m very quiet. I do not smoke or drink and I am just interested in working on my career. I own a home in Aiken South Carolina so I would only be in your residence on Tuesday through Thursday. I will be working remote at my home on Mondays and Fridays and of course spending the weekend at my home. I don’t expect a reduction in rent or but kinda would like to have a little break on the utilities if that is possible. I have not signed up to be certified or background check or anything, however if you require that I can provide that no problem, I have a military and police family so there are no issues with your safety housing me. I just don’t want to pay for it until I get a response and a confirmation of availability.
