Hi, I am a musician and talent agent that owns two companies in the entertainment industry. I’m currently chasing a partnership opportunity in Miami and am looking to find a roommate(s) to cut costs. Midtown area preferred but I’m flexible. I’m extremely clean and live a very ambitious/healthy lifestyle. I’m relatively quiet and focused majority of the time. I dont have any preferences on genders (I grew up in a household of women so I’ve grown accustomed to that atmosphere). I’m also mailable to fit my roommates needs whether they are introverted/extroverted, ADD/OCD etc..
