I am a relatively quiet and easy going roommate. I’m happy to help out with chores/cooking and I would never have parties/guests over without advanced notice. After all, it’s not just my home. Everyone who lives there has the right to be comfortable, happy, and to not have to worry about whether the person living with them is trustworthy or not.

I firmly believe in open communication. I won’t assume that you’re upset with me unless you tell me so. I also won’t assume that you can read my moods or thoughts and know what is going through my mind. And in the event that there is a misunderstanding, I am always open to discussing the issue and finding a peaceful resolution.

I also work from home and my schedule is consistent from week to week. My job requires me to be taking inbound calls and requires a private space where others can’t overhear/listen in. But other than those restrictions, I’m happy to provide my own furniture or can move into a pre-furnished room.
