Hello, I am a 40 year old female looking for a room to rent preferably month to month. I am a responsible working professional who does not smoke, drink alcohol, have kids or pets. I do not intended to have people over. I am very neat & tidy. I love to read and enjoy the great outdoors. I’m looking for a clean, quiet room and prefer having a private bathroom. I’m not looking for a party house or any sort of drama. I keep mostly to myself. Unfurnished is fine.
