I am a single biracial 64 year old college educated, responsible female. I am very quiet. I stay to myself, watch tv or surf the internet when I am home. I have no pets, do not smoke, and have company infrequently. I prefer a room with a private bath, private entrance, washer/dryer hookups, Wi-Fi availability, and off street parking. A full kitchen is not necessary since I don’t cook. I would like a small refrigerator. Similar accommodations are attractive as well. Thank you for your consideration.
