I’m currently looking for a last minute (hopefully) furnished basement with 2 bedrooms or atleast one for my daughter, her father and I. We’re being asked to move out of our apartment due to the fact our landlord wants to live in said apartment because of health issues and locality. My daughter is a 15 year old in high school and my husband only comes home to sleep as he works all day and I myself work 12 hours daily Monday-Friday and every other weekend 8hours so realistically we’re only home at the end of the day. We’re clean and kind quiet people. Don’t have visitors over much if at all but enjoy privacy and getting along. None of us drink or partake in substance use. We primarily speak Spanish but of course our daughter is bilingual and my eldest daughter of 23years old is the only to visit and can also translate and speak about terms and conditions. We can work on a lease preferably to ensure housing for my family but promise nothing but respect and privacy to the homeowners and guests.
