I clean, cook, do laundry if any help is needed by the renter. I am clean, quite, I vape so I don’t mind smokers but I will vape outside if it’s a problem, I don’t drink or use drugs but if renter drinks or smokes cannabis it’s not a problem, I have a miniature emotional support Chihuahua that is house trained and not a annoying barking dog, I get disability so my income is guaranteed, I am wanting to go back to school and my daughter who is a social worker at the middle school lives here and will be helping me, I am not into drama, won’t be having company other than my 13 year old granddaughter who may want to spend an occasional night with me or when my daughter comes to pick me up.
