Retired 73 years old, must move as the property owner wants to sell the house and property I’ve rented and lived in for 4 years. Looking for at least a one bedroom and private bathroom, unfurnished, if possible, but adaptable for shared bathroom. I would like a place to park my car, either on the property or on street in front of home. I am clean and tidy, quiet, good cook and love to garden if there is a yard. I have yard furniture, lots of house tools and garden tools and nice indoor furniture if you have the space. Have two cats, indoors only, well trained, sleep most of the time and are quiet. They won’t be roaming around the house - only in the room I am in. I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs. For my busy roomies: I am willing and able to do extra work and maintenance with cleaning, doing dishes, cooking, laundry, yard work - perhaps we could negotiate a lesser rent amount in trade(?), and lend a good listening ear/encouragement for roomies. I would be home most of the time and tend to hang out in my own room. Very sociable and friendly, with sense of humor and positive attitude.
