Santa Monica guy born and raised looking for a chill space to rent out for the rest of year. Recently switched industries to entertainment and am on a tighter budget. I enjoy hiking, going to concerts with friends, watching sports or staying in reading a solid book. I am social but will probably be working a lot and out of the apartment for most of the time.
