My fiance and I are seeking to rent a room in a house. We are over 40yrs old and both work. I work for Chesterfield county. I get paid every 2 weeks so paying rent, bills on time is never a problem. We are quiet, keep to ourselves, no drama, live stress free lives, family oriented, and NOT party people. I am actually a grandmother. I have a 3yrs old granddaughter and 1 month old grandson who live in Hampton Roads. We spend a lot of time either at work or visiting grandkids, family. Our goal is to save money so that we can buy our own house in the near future. That is why we prefer to rent a room. We believe we are ideal roommates/tenants as we need very little space, minimally cook, and are outdoors people so we prefer to not be home a lot but for sleeping/resting.
