I am a 31 year old female that works full time in the area. I am very quiet and also have a very quiet 5 year old daughter that I only have half of the time. And we are usually out of the house, being in nature and we take our cat, mim, on majority of our outings because she’s so outdoorsy as well. I can pay the deposit immediately and also submit a background check no problem as soon as possible as well.
