Hey I’m Stephanie. My husband & I are looking for a home to share.

About us: We’re in our 30’s and pretty easygoing, with absolutely no drama & friendly. We do have our son with us and he’s very a well-behaved 2 year old, sleeps through the night perfectly fine & isn’t very loud. We’re not having any more kids. We also have one spayed female cat who’s also well-behaved.

What we’re looking for: We would be staying anywhere between 6 and 12 months. We’re good at cleaning up after ourselves and we respect boundaries and are considerate of others.

Our background:. We’re both employed full-time so we’re out of the house during the workday. Our son goes to daycare M-F in Henrietta. I get paid biweekly & my husband gets paid weekly. Paying roughly $800/mo will not be a problem at all, we make decent money. I work at a daycare and my husband works at a lumber yard

We’re into board games, getting together with friends and spending time outside.
