Hi I’m Eric! I’m moving from Westminster, CO to Tacoma for a job. I’m very friendly and make friends easily, but I like to have alone time just as much as I like to hang out with friends.

I really enjoy cooking and baking, reading, spending time outside, running, geography and learning languages, dancing (I started taking Kpop cover classes recently), annoying my friends, cleaning, and eating.

I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, but it’s so much more than just cleaning stuff for hours. For me it’s a lot of intrusive thoughts and executive dysfunction: a lot like ADHD. I can’t deal well with excessive noise and other bad sensory situations like strong smells, so I’m not very 420 friendly. I prefer no pets but very willing to talk more about that. I am allergic to cats, though. I might be bringing a leopard gecko??

The two things I want in a roommate the most are someone I can be friends/friendly with and someone who sweeps, mops, wipes counters, puts away dishes and food, etc unprompted. I’m queer (pansexual/bisexual). I’ll live with someone of any gender and only had one mediocre roommate experience out of four roommates; the rest were good/great!
